Return/Refund Policy

After we delivered your goods and you changed your mind you can request a 50% refund.

Your money will be refunded in the original payment method or in store money.

Attention!

We brought this decision because some customers after we delivered their order right away requested a full refund , and the goods still was in working status.

Other cases

The account stop working and you don’t need a replacement then you can request a 50% refund.

If we find out that something wrong on our side we always do a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24-48 hours . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
